Schiller Fitness was created to help people realize their full potential. I use fitness as an avenue to help people realize what they can truly accomplish when they fully commit and work hard towards a specific goal. When progress becomes noticeable and you are getting closer to your goals, confidence and self belief dramatically increases. Overtime, I've realized that the valuable lessons learned though a fitness journey can be applied to other aspects of life.
Schiller Fitness will give you the tools to reach your goals and make the process as enjoyable as possible. Fitness programs and nutrition guides are designed to fit into your lifestyle, not the other way around where fitness compromises your ability to enjoy life.
Balance is key.
Growing up I was never truly "great" at anything. I was good at a lot of things, but never gifted at something where I was better than everyone else without putting hard work in (like some people are). I knew that if I wanted to be great at a particular sport, get at A in school, do well in a job interview, I'd have to work harder than others, and that is how my fitness journey started.
Over time I started seeing some serious progress in my body and the gym, the result of my hard work was paying off, and I was reaching my goals. Soon after my first year of University I became a personal trainer at my school gym to help others in their fitness journey, and I never looked back.
The fitness industry can be so saturated, superficial, and full of false claims. I plan to change that, give people accurate advice that works, be 100% real and honest, and help you reach your goals.
